Each year the family of Bill Shefski hold a beef and beer fundraising event in Bill's memory. Diane Harper, Bill's daughter, called me the other day. Diane and her family wish thank all that took time out to attend this year. When it was all said and done almost $1600.00 was profit. Much of this was done by door prizes and a 50-50. Also a lot of thanks goes to the vendors who supplied, and have been suppling, the door prizes. The money was donated to the following organizations.

Collingswood High School received money to be used for a scholarship to a student of their choice.

Saint John's Elementary school in Collingswood will use their share for crossing guard awards.

Sawtelle Learning Center, an educational organization for autistic children and adults, was appreciative of their donation.

Collingswood Little League and Collingswood Basball Boosters Club will us their amounts to purchase needed items to play and foster the game of baseball.

Once again Diane and family wish to thank all that helped make this another successful year. They hope to see everyone next year.
