Cyranos, owned and operated by acclaimed
famous chef and restaurateur Didier Durand, is a first-rate
French Bistrot in Chicago. The restaurant, which offers
modern French Cuisine, received prestigious accolades
within its first year of operation. Chef Durand was
inspired to name his restaurant after Cyrano de Bergerac,
the legendary Frenchman who symbolizes "La grande
passion" of French life and living. Chef Durand
was born in Bergerac, and trained there at the famed
cooking school Lycee Hotelier, where he graduated with
honors. An alumni of the four-star Michel Guerard restaurant,
Chef Durand has won culinary fame from the French Riviera
to the French Caribbean. He has been a prestigious influence
on the Chicagoland dining scene since 1986, solidyfing
his reputation at Carlos Restaurant, La Foret, Gordon,
Le Perroguet and La Boheme.

In the summer and 7 days a week, rain
or shine, they can accommodate you on the Chicago River-Walk
and River-Side Gardens. The view is so charming, our
European setting will delight your eye and nourish your
palate like never before. From a 150 person sit-down
to a 500 people or more buffet, you will be in heaven.
