Gig Habor, Washington
They're not even cheerleaders yet, but
they're already in trouble. Four incoming freshman girls
have been kicked off the cheerleading squad of Gig Habor
High, in Washington state. School officials say the
girls held a car-wash fund-raiser without permission.
The cheerleading coach says the girls committed a fraud.
Fourteen-year-old Chelsey Nesbitt says she feels like
a criminal. She says -- quote -- "I don't know
what 'fraud' means. I'm a blonde." The girls say
they were told it would be O-K to go ahead with the
car-wash, as long as parents supervised.
