Letters From The Grandstand

1 lb. ground beef
1 package shredded cheese of your choice
2 cans Pilsbury or store brand grands butter bisquits
a rolling pin
flour

Brown ground beef in a frying pan seasoned to taste; I prefer a bit of garlic (sorry Mike!), salt and pepper but you can use whatever seasoning you like.
While browning meat, preheat oven to 400 deg.
Drain excess grease from meat and allow to cool while you prep the bisquits.

Sprinkle flour over counter or cutting board.
Roll out a bisquit as large as you can like a pie crust.
Spoon ground beef into center of your little pie (not too much, about 2 tablespoons).
Top with cheese – as much as you prefer, but not too much or you'll ooze.
Fold over top of meat and use a fork to pinch the ends.
Place on cookie sheet and bake till golden brown.

Prep time 15 mins approx.
Bake time about 5 mins.
Makes up to 10 pies.

Great quick and filling meal... the kids will love it!
