Letters From The Grandstand

Hello, AFL Fans:

I've just completed a major project. The 1965 Topps AFL card set is one of the most attractive ever produced. I now have every card in the set, front and back, scanned and posted on my site, by team, so all 176 cards don't have to load at once. For a summary and links to every card, see here. If you find any errors in the information or the links, please let me know.

Pete Moris of the Chiefs sent the following. If you can help him, please get in touch with him.

  Gentlemen:

Greetings from One Arrowhead Drive. We're looking for some assistance from our AFL friends. We're trying to track down info on games started prior to 1968, the first year when all AFL play-by-plays included starting lineups. I have all the QBs covered throughout their careers, but need start totals on every other position. If anybody can help point me in the right direction or fill in any blanks, it would be greatly appreciated . . .
Feel free to call or email with any thoughts/suggestions.

Thanks,

Also, last time I mentioned an article by AFL fan Mike Bordonaro, but I gave the wrong link. It's Guest Essays: Thank You, Jets.

Note that my main AFL page can now be reached by going to www.remembertheafl.com. That's a lot easier to tell your friends than the old address.

Regards,

Ange Coniglio
