Cobb – 1994 (R) – Baseball/Drama; Tommy Lee Jones, Robert Wuhl, Lolita Davidovitch. Jones is at his scene-chewing best as he portrays Ty Cobb, a mean, foul-mouthed, prejudiced cantankerous old coot. No wonder he has the reputation as "the most hated man in Baseball."

Rocky – 1976 (PG) - Boxing; Sylvestor Stallone, Talia Shire, Burgess Merideth, Carl Weathers. Intense portrait of a part-time hood and small-time boxer who gets picked to fight a championship match.

Hoosiers – 1986 (PG) – Basketball/Drama; Gene Hackman, Barbara Hershey, Dennis Hopper. Unorthodox methods of new coach lead Indiana high school team to the state championships.

Swimfan – 2002 (PG 13) – Swimming/Thriller; Jesse Bradford, Erika Christensen. Sexy stalker ruins the life of a high school swimming star after a one-night stand.

Downhill Racer – 1969 (PG) – Skiing/Olympics/Drama; Robert Redford, Gene Hackman. Undisciplined and cocky skier alienates nearly everyone around him in his quest to become an Olympic champion.

Death Race 2000 – 1975 (R) – Racing/Comedy; David Carradine, Slyvester Stallone. Campy, gory Roger Corman fun-fest about a futuristic cross-country road rally where the drivers score extra points by killing pedestrians - with bonus points for the sick and elderly!
